Welcome to The Jediism Way, home of the real-life Jedi religion.
This website has been committed to provide information about Jediism since 2005 and is dedicated to the advancement of the Jedi philosophy and ideology.

Jediism is a religion that was inspired by the Star Wars fiction. Lots of people think that's crazy, however it should be noted that the major religions hold some kind of fantasy/science-fiction book as holy, something the real-life Jedi do not. Star Wars provides definitions and guidelines, but is not considered to be holy or without flaws, nor is it considered sufficient to support a whole religion.

Real-life Jedi are modern stoics who, instead of battling the fictional Sith, seek to achieve greater mental(intelligence, knowledge, wisdom), spiritual (awereness of the ways of the Force) and physical health (necessary to achieve mental and spiritual well-being), leaving the battling of real-life Sith to governments, NGOs and their lawyers.
The most basic principles and philosophy of Jediism can be found in Star Wars, and as such advances in Jediism share similarities with Taoism and stoicism.

Important:

Jediism is nothing like the "church of Jediism", this organization merely borrowed the name.
Jediism is not a Star Wars roleplaying community, as such, Jedi do not require toy lightsabers or Star Wars clothing.
Jediism is not an alternate name for your current religion. (see Jedi realism)
Jediism is not syncretist nor is it an inter-faith initiative. (see Jedi realism)
Jediism is not a Star Wars fanclub.
Jediism is not a theistic religion. this means Jedi do not belive or worship any deity, and that the Force, a central aspect of Jediism, is in no way interchangeable with any deity you may currently be worshipping.
